Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email address — only when you submit it to request a branded demo or conversation.
• Usage analytics — pages viewed, buttons clicked, and how the estimator is used. We use a first-party identifier (a cookie) to count unique visitors and a product-analytics provider (PostHog) to understand the funnel.
• Standard technical data — such as approximate location, device, and referring site, as is typical for any website.

We do not ask for or store payment information on this site, and the public demo does not collect your clients' data.

How we use it

To contact you about early access, to understand which parts of the page are useful, and to decide what to build. That's it. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Who processes it

We use a small number of trusted providers to run this site: hosting (Vercel), a database (Supabase), product analytics and lead-capture fallback (PostHog), and transactional email (Resend). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. A submitted email may be stored in Supabase or, if that service is unavailable, in a restricted PostHog event used to recover the lead.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@proquoteengine.com. If you requested a demo, you can ask to be removed and we'll delete your email.

Data retention & security

We keep your email until you ask us to remove it or until the founding-pilot program ends. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with our providers' standard encryption. No method is perfectly secure, but we keep what we collect to a minimum.

Changes

As ProQuote grows into a full product, this policy will be updated to reflect what the product actually does. We'll change the "last updated" date above when we do.
