These terms cover your use of the ProQuote website at proquoteengine.com (the "Site"). By using the Site or joining the early-access list, you agree to them. The Site is an early-access sign-up page, not a live product.
Early access
ProQuote is in development. Joining the early-access list does not create a contract to provide a product or any guarantee of access, features, timing, or pricing. Anything described on the Site reflects current intentions and may change.
Estimates are not quotes
The cost estimator on the Site produces rough, illustrative ranges based on industry-typical figures. It is for general guidance only. It is not a quote, an offer, or financial advice, and the numbers it shows are not ProQuote's prices. You are responsible for your own pricing decisions.
Acceptable use
Use the Site lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at scale, or misuse the sign-up form (for example with someone else's email).
Intellectual property
The ProQuote name, logo, content, and design on the Site belong to us. You may view and share the page, but please don't copy or repurpose its content or branding without permission.
No warranty
The Site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ProQuote is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. The Site is free to use during early access.
Changes
We may update these terms as ProQuote develops. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
